MEDICAL GROUP COVID-19 CRISIS
THE CHALLENGE: During the COVID-19 crisis, our 10-location Orthopedic Group client decided to cease all advertising efforts because 90% of their patient appointments were considered “non-essential.” When we turned off the advertising campaign their website traffic dropped 60%.
THE RESULTS: On April 13, 2020, four weeks after the campaigns were shut down, we launched the new creative and strategy and the results were better than we anticipated. Turning the campaigns back on more than doubled their website traffic. And, patient volume at the urgent care location tripled.
COTA C-Pass introduction
THE CHALLENGE: Starting June 1, 2018, eligible downtown employees received unlimited COTA bus access at no cost thanks to a partnership between several Central Ohio agencies and property owners. Our challenge was to reach employees working in these C-Pass eligible buildings, and encourage them to it ride COTA to and from work with messaging about the convenience and “ride and relax.”
THE RESULTS: The campaign resulted in 52% of downtown Columbus businesses participating in the C-Pass program. In 2018 there were 13,741 people enrolled, who took 524,720 COTA bus rides to work.
Pool Supply Retailer
THE CHALLENGE: Increase sales of pool supplies and pool liner replacement for a local Pool Supply Retailer in Lancaster, Ohio.
THE RESULTS: The campaign was a success, delivering a $27,000 increase in sales in May alone. A total digital advertising investment resulted in a $27,000 in crease in sales vs. prior year, or an 18x ROI.
